goal is to share our strategy and tailor it with you to create a plan that is

data informed and that you are comfortable with.

steps in the selling process. We start with a Comparative

Market Analysis (CMA), researching recently sold homes in

your neighbourhood and comparing them to yours to

determine your home’s value in today’s market. While some

agents rely on quick walkthroughs and guesses, we take a

data-driven approach to eliminate guesswork and set a price

that reflects true market value.
